Youth Wrestlers Take The Mat At Upcoming Home Tournament

The Milbank Wrestling Booster Club will host the youth wrestling tournament Sunday, February 12, at 1 p.m. at the Milbank High School Armory. Youth wrestlers will compete in the four-man round robin and will be grouped by age and weight. The entry fee is $10 per wrestler.

Weigh-ins take place from 10:30 until noon. Wrestlers ages six and under will wrestle three one-minute periods and age groups 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14 will wrestle three 1:30 minute periods. Age groups are determined by the athletes age as of 1/15/17. Mat-side coaching is allowed.
