New rodeo stars will be discovered during Dairyland donkey basketball at Milbank High School Tuesday, March 14, at 7 p.m. What is donkey basketball? It’s basketball played on live donkeys and it is wilder than a rodeo and funnier than a circus!
The first game pits the Milbank High School staff against their students. The second game features the Milbank Fire and Rescue Department taking on Grant-Deuel players. The winners play in the championship game.
The show is sponsored by Bulldogs Fighting Cancer. All proceeds benefit the It Only Takes A Spark Cancer Walk. Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door. Preschool and under are free. Advance tickets can be purchased at Milbank High School, Koch School in Milbank, and Grant-Deuel School.
Free donkey rides will be available for children. Tickets will be sent home from school.
