Habaneros Hispano Restaurant and Bar became a member of the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce and celebrated March 16, with a ribbon cutting. “We are happy to welcome Habanaros as a chamber member and celebrate with them,” stated Chamber Director Chelcie Eischens. The restaurant opened for business in August 2014 under the ownership of Jorge Regil.
