The Grant County Public Library celebrates National Library Week April 9-15. Displays with activity sheets for prizes are planned along with door prizes for all ages, according to Library Director Jody Carlson. “In support of the library and the local community, door prizes from local restaurants and movie theaters were generously donated by a library patron.” Now through May 13, South Dakota Properties of History is also on display.

April Activities:
April 5 – When Calls the Heart – 12:30 p.m.
April 5 – Adult coloring – 5:30 to 7 p.m.
April 6 – Board of Trustees meeting – 4:15 p.m.
April 8 – Breakfast with the Bunny for ages 3-7 – 10:30 a.m. (Must register in advance.)
April 9-15 – National Library Week
April 11 – Tech Tuesday – call for appointment 432-6543
April 11 – Junior Makers for ages 6-12 (electric circuits) – 3:30 p.m.
April 12 – When Calls the Heart – 12:30 p.m.
April 12 – Adult coloring – 5:30 to 7 p.m.
April 19 – Reading Adventures for up to six years old (elephants) – 10 a.m.
April 19 – When Calls the Heart – 12:30 p.m.
