An Evening in Paris is the theme for the 2017 Milbank High School Prom this Saturday, April 29. Eighty-nine couples are signed up to promenade during the Grand March beginning at 6 p.m. The public is invited to attend. Doors open at 5 p.m. Admission is $2.
A banquet for all prom-goers follows the Grand March at 7:30 p.m. at Speedway Event Center. The dance follows at the school. Post-prom activities, directed by the junior parents, include inflatable games, prizes, and a hypnotist.
Allison Pillatzki, Chase Pinkert, and Montana Swenson are the junior class co-chairs. Other members of the prom team include: Kimberlly Aburto, Cheyenne Baumgart, Kennedy Hilbrands, Shea Hooth, Maty Lightfield, Christina Lusk, Brittany Preller, Amberly Warren, and Katie Vander Wal.
