Jose Chen Chosen May Student of the Month

Jose Chen, a senior at Milbank High School, has been chosen as the May Student of the Month. He is the son of Zoila Amparo Pantaleon.

Jose is very active in school. He is a member of the wrestling and tennis teams. He is also a member of the high school band.

When he isn’t at school, Jose can be found working at Hartman’s Family Foods.

When asked about his favorite class, Jose said he most enjoys history or geography. “I like to know the past and ancient history, and I would also like to travel,” he stated. After graduation, Jose plans on translating for Spanish speaking members of the community.
