New City Banners Flying in Milbank

New banners were hung along Highway 12 and Highway 15 in Milbank. The set of 45 banners boast the motto,” Live, Grow, Thrive.” The “Live” banner features Lake Farley. The “Grow” banner showcases the agriculture of the area and the “Thrive” banner shows the Main Street cityscape. The Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce directed the display and 40 businesses sponsored the banners.

“The city crew hung the new banners,” explained the Chamber’s Events Director Laura Kelly. “They lowered each banner four feet from the first installment for a better view.” The new banner will be on display until late fall.
