Brooke Fraasch, a member of the Milbank Area Lions Swim Team, was honored with the first Kayla Hunt Memorial Award. The award was presented during the MALST swim meet on May 26, at Unity Square.
The Milbank High School Class of 2009 and the Kayla Hunt family sponsor the award in memory of Kayla who died in March of 2017. Kayla was a 10-year member of MALST. The recipient of the award must reflect Kayla’s dedication to the swim team on several levels.
