Laura Kelly, Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce Events Director, announced due to inclement weather, the Farmers Market that is part of the newly created Downtown Tuesdays in Milbank will be moved to the patio of Speedway Bar and Grill.
Planned events and activities within the various participating businesses will still go on as planned, according to Kelly.
