Summer officially starts tomorrow for kids of all ages. Tommy’s Popcorn stand opens Thursday, June 15. The Milbank Kiwanis Club will sell popcorn, candy, and Sno-cones on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lake Farley Park.
