Annual Park Carnival Scheduled in Milbank

Milbank’s annual Park Carnival is Thursday, July 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. The carnival takes place at the Courthouse Park, just south of the Grant County Courthouse.
Perennial favorites include bingo, the cake walk, inflatables, root beer floats, and pie and ice cream.
