The Milbank School District requires all students who plan to participate in Bulldog athletics during the 2017-2018 school year to complete the ImPACT testing.“This test is to establish a baseline in the event of a concussion,” stated Milbank High School Athletic Director Adolph Shepardson. Students in grades 7, 9, 11, new participants to a sport, and transfers, must take the test. Parental permission forms must be signed prior to the test. The permission forms will be available on the school district webpage, or at the high school office.
Testing Schedule:
August 9: 8 a.m. – Volleyball (grades 9 and 11); 9 a.m. – Cross country (grades 7, 9, and 11); 10 a.m. – Girls tennis (grades 7, 9 and 11); 11 a.m. – Boys golf (grades 7, 9, and 11).
August 10: 8 a.m. – Football (grades 9 and 11); 9 a.m. – Football cheerleading (grades 9 and 11).
August 23: 2 p.m. – Football (grade 7); 2 p.m. – Volleyball (grade 7).
