Milbank, SD – Congresswoman Kristi Noem and SD Attorney General Marty Jackley are among the speakers at the 2017 South Dakota Right to Life convention being held at Abbey of the Hills, on Saturday, September 23rd from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Keynote speaker Brian Johnston is Director of the Western Office for National Right to Life and Director of the Life Fest Film Festival. He has authored “Lincoln on Life and the Law” and “Death As A Salesman: What’s Wrong with Assisted Suicide”. He has testified before numerous state and national legislatures and is a frequent spokesman on the threat of assisted suicide.
Other speakers include Jamie Gauer of Volga, SD, Tim Mundwiler of Milbank, SD, and Julie Sampson of Watertown, SD.

During the convention, Tom Klosterman, the 2017 SDRTL Humanitarian of the Year Award recipient, will be honored. Klosterman is an major contributor to the pro-life grass-roots network of South Dakotans who are part of the right to life movement.
South Dakota Right to Life’s primary purpose is to educate through the presentation of detailed and factual information about fetal development, abortion, alternatives to abortion, infanticide, euthanasia, and related issues, upon which individuals and the general public may make informed decisions.
