The Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce will host a Lighted Parade in conjunction with the 2nd Annual Winter Wonderland Festival on Saturday, December 9. Anyone can enter and most “vehicles” qualify as a float. The first place winner receives $100 in Ol’ Mill Bucks. Second place receives $75 in Ol’ Mill Bucks, and third place takes $50 in Ol’ Mill Bucks. The People’s Choice winner also receives $100 in Ol’ Mill Bucks.
