Lady Bulldogs Season to Begin

The Lady Bulldogs basketball team tips off the 2017-2018 season Friday, December 8. The Bulldogs travel to Agency Village to take on the Tiospa Zina Wambdi. Junior varsity begins at 6:30 p.m. Varsity follows. There will be no C game.
According to Coach Brian Pauli. “Our goal is to get better each day and each game.” Pauli is in his second season as head coach. He is assisted by Eric Townsend, Kelli Hoff, and Shannon Job. Important events this season include facing Chamberlain in the State Farm/S&D One Stop Shootout in Milbank, and the Northeast Conference/Dak 12 Challenge.
Six seniors lead the team: Molly Rick, Sophia Seffrood, Shea Hooth, Ashley Wollschlager, LaChasity Finley, and Katie Vander Wal. Other returning letterwinners are juniors Gabbi Cummins and Taylor Thue.
The roster also includes juniors Jaden Hoeke, Kylie Kasuske, Elisabeth Schwenn, Katie Wollschlager, Makayla Johnson; sophomore Jaecy Engebretson; and freshman Lindsey Mertens.
