Ken and Kathy Dragt of Milbank were named the final winner of the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce’s Nominate Your Neighbor house lighting contest of the 2017 holiday season.
The couple resides at 14847 480th Avenue. They will be rewarded with $50 in Ol’ Mill Bucks.
