The public is invited to a What Matters Most Survey lunch and discussion on Wednesday, January 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Seehafer Building located at 219 Main Street Milbank.
The special event is hosted by the Grant County Development Corporation (GCDC). The purpose for the lunch and discussion is to reveal the results of the recently completed What Matters Most survey.
Hugh Weber with the Institute of Possibility will deliver the results and lead the discussion of what the next steps within the community will be. Community leaders and officials within the City of Milbank and the GCDC have been working together since 2014 with the I Believe in Milbank effort.
Those who wish to attend are asked to RSVP by Friday, January 12, if you plan to eat. The cost for lunch is $5. You may RSVP by calling the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce office at 605-432-6656 or emailing Event Director Laura Kelly at eventdirector@milbanksd.com. You may also RSVP to the GCDC office with director Bobbie Bohlen at 605-432-4232 or email gcdc@itcmilbank.com.
