Milbank Grapplers Place at Chamberlain Tourney

JD Lusk and Tanner Kettwig secured a top four finish at the River City Rumble in Chamberlain Saturday, January 20. Kettwig finished third at 220 pounds and Lusk took fourth at 132 pounds.

The Bulldogs are suffering from several illnesses which made changes to the lineup this past weekend. Eli and Isaac Fischer and Alec Bien did not make the trip to Chamberlain because of illness.

Milbank finished ninth in the team standings with 45 points. Aberdeen Central topped the field with 195.5 points. Harrisburg was second with 193 while Huron took third with 171.

Milbank also battled for dual wins during a quadrangular Friday, January 19, in Chamberlain. The Dawgs secured victories over Todd County (57-16) and Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (66-12) but fell to Chamberlain (52-12).
