Is it Matt Vee or is it Neil Diamond? You will have to go to the concert to find out! Matt Vee, nephew of famed rocker Bobby Vee, puts on a concert to celebrate the illustrious Neil Diamond and his career. Bobby Vee’s sons, and grandson are also part of this twelve member band.

The Milbank Endowment Fund hosts two shows at the MHS Theater on April 22, at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 and all seats are reserved.Tickets are available at 1st Bank and Trust in Milbank or by calling Milbank High School at 605.432.5579.

Sixteen MHS choir students provide back-up for part of the show. MHS students also contributed in designing and making the tickets and putting together the program.

Neil Diamond sold over 100 million records worldwide, and created songs such as Crackling’ Rosie, Song Sung Blue, and Sweet Caroline. As a Tin Pan Alley songwriter in the mid 60s, he penned tunes recorded by dozens of artists from Elvis Presley to Deep Purple, including the Monkees classic I’m A Believer.
