Cantine Courts in Milbank received a facelift courtesy of the City of Milbank, Milbank Area Community Tennis Association (MACTA), and the United States Tennis Association (USTA). The courts are now open and free to use.
Tennis lessons for three age groups are available. Kindergarten through second grade lessons are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 8 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. Third grade through fifth grade lessons are from 8:30 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. The lessons are taught by Tatiana Stemsrud.
A class for sixth grade and older players takes place Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Steve Stemsrud teaches the class.
