Walk, run, or hitch a ride. Just don’t miss Hot Rod Summer Night this Thursday July 19, starting at 5 p.m. in downtown Milbank. Classic cars and bikes will stretch down the streets. Meet the owners, check out the stores, and grab a bite to eat.
DJ Nate Spors rocks your socks off. The downtown shops stay open until 7 p.m. with special deals to turn your crank. Vendors will be selling Mexican food, brats, chips, and sodas.
At 8 p.m., get ready for shooting flames and tooting horns. The cruise starts at 8 p.m.
According to event coordinator, Carolyn Geissinger, Main Street from Second Avenue to Railway Avenue will be closed to allow for the cars and bikes. Part of Second Avenue from Main Street to the Milbank Mall will also be closed. Hot Rod Summer Night is sponsored by Downtown Milbank.
