Milbank Middle School Band Director Susan Karels presented end-of-the-year awards to band members. Musicians of the Month for each grade were also eligible to enter a drawing for a Pizza Hut gift certificate.
Musicians of the Month for sixth grade included: Alex DeLaRosa, Ruth Luis Gomez, Ty Kettwig, Sammi Grabow, Siera Wenzl, Claire Snaza, Ryan O’Farrell, and Isabella Anderson. The winner of the Pizza Ranch gift certificate was Siera Wenzl.
Musicians of the Month for seventh grade included: Aubrey Fraasch, Cailey Sime, Kaitlyn Huber, Ava Wienk, Hope Karels, Rachel Schulte, Aiden Quintanilla, and Shaylee Schuchard. The winner of the Pizza Ranch gift certificate was Shaylee Schuchard.
Musicians of the Month for eighth grade included: Ellie Neugebauer, Laney Forrette, Madisen Frerichs, Jacob Shelstad, Hallie Schulte, Dylan Bohn, Camryn Wiese, and Averie Engebretson. The winner of the Pizza Ranch gift certificate was Ellie Neugebauer.
Sixth grade musicians included: Jason Aburto, Alex DeLaRosa, Jacob Erickson, Joe French, Ruth Luis Gomez, Cooper Hupke, Ty Kettwig, Katie Kruger, Claire Snaza, Gemma Street, Siera Wenzl, and Charlie Whitesitt.
Seventh grade students included: Aubrey Fraasch, Jayden Johnson, Hope Karels, Brooke Mumbauer, Abby Paczkowski, Joe Schulte, Rachel Schulte, Matti Scott, Cailey Sime, Olivia Wendland, Sophia Whitlow, and Ava Wienk.
Eighth grade students included: Luis Berrones, Laney Forrette, Merik Junker, Aiden Ludvigson, Ellie Neugebauer, Zach Ringsaker, Hallie Schulte, Cassidy Schwagel, Gauge Stengel, Maurina Street, Avery Whitesitt, and Emily Wollschlager.
