Amy Nelson Chosen as October MHS Student of the Month

Amy Nelson, a senior, has been chosen as the MHS October Student of the Month. Amy is the daughter of Brad and Sara Nelson.

Amy is involved in band, HOSA, FCA, and student council. She is member of the volleyball and track teams, and takes stats for the boys’ basketball team. Outside of school, she participates in dance and her church youth group and choir. She is also employed at Avantara Milbank.

Amy says her favorite class is biology. She plans to pursue a course of study to ultimately reach her career goal of becoming a physician.
