Six Milbank Wrestlers Battle in Brookings

Six Milbank wrestlers competed in the Les Tlustos Brookings Invitational on Saturday, February 1. Five earned a top-eight finish. Senior Eli Fischer led the way with a first place finish at 126 pounds. Barrett Schneck and Toby Schneck both placed fifth, and Brodie Holtquist took sixth. Dillon Schneck brought home eighth place.

“The guys competed and won some big matches which will benefit them for seeding purposes,” said Milbank’s head coach Jeremy Tostenson. Milbank placed 10th in the team standings with 72 points. Brandon Valley won the meet with 233 points.
