Winners Named at Avera Race Against Breast Cancer

Several runners earned the top spot in their respective age groups at the Avera Medical Group Milbank/Milbank Area Hospital Avera Race for Hope in support of breast cancer on Saturday, August 1, at the Milbank Medical Center campus.
The overall winner of the 5K race was Nick Batchelor with a time of 17:24. He also topped his 13-19 year old age group. Leading the field in the 5-mile run was Craig Adams with a time of 30:10. He also won his age group of the men’s 30-39 years old.
