The Big Stone City Branch Library will open without appointments on Wednesday, September 2. According to librarian Janelle Kelly, “We ask all patrons to come with masks on. If you don’t have a mask, we will provide you with one. Please keep your six-foot distance from other patrons.” In March, the branch library began curbside-only service. In June, the library allowed patrons to use the library by appointment only.
