Pick up a Not So Scary Scarecrow storytime kit for your child at the Big Stone Branch Library on Wednesday, September 16 or Saturday, September 19. The kits are free and available for children ages three through six.
Each kit includes the craft materials for the not so scary scarecrow, a fall coloring page, a finger-play poem, and a song. All for you to do together.
Return the completed craft to the library on Wednesday, September 23, or Saturday, September 26, during normal library hours and your child receives a small prize and treat to take home.
Registration is appreciated to obtain the number of kits needed. Email the library at bsclibrary12@hotmail.com.
The Big Stone City Branch Library is located in the Big Stone City Community Center at 400 Washington Street. Library hours are Wednesdays 1-7 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Face masks are required for all adults in the library.
