Bulldogs Battle in Dynamic Dual in Watertown

The Milbank Bulldog wrestlers entered an exciting environment when they traveled to Watertown Thursday, January 21, but suffered a 58-15 dual loss to Watertown. The Dawgs move to a 6-12 dual record for the season.

“Wrestling at Watertown is always an exciting, high-energy atmosphere,” stated the Bulldogs’ head coach, Jeremy Tostenson. “The guys competed hard. It was nice to see the junior high and junior varsity guys get lots
of action.” 

Junior Maddox Hanson highlighted the junior varsity matches when he pinned Ben Griffin. Junior Kaden Krause returned to the Bulldog lineup at 138 pounds and won by fall against Troy Randall Jr. in a time of 4:50. Krause has been sidelined due to injury since last year. Brayden Christensen, Toby Schneck, and Landon Novy also secured victories for Milbank.
