Milbank Wrestlers Wrap Up Regular Season at Huron

The MHS wrestling team wrapped up their regular season at the Huron Invitational on Saturday, February 13. The Bulldogs placed sixth in the team standings.

Milbank finished with 91 points. Bon Homme/Scotland won the event with 204.5 points. Huron was second with 176.5, and Dell Rapids took third with 167. Also ahead of Milbank, were Aberdeen Central in fourth with
146 points  and Beresford/Alcester-Hudson in fifth at 110.5.  Tiospa Zina came in seventh with 41.5 points, and Hamlin brought up the rear with 15.

Brayden Christensen and Maddox Hanson led the Dawgs. Both earned a second place finish in their respective weight classes. Leyton Raffety and Landon Novy placed third, and Jacob Johnson captured fourth. Jayce Jonason, Nollen Sheeley and Jesse Schneck each took fifth place, and Paul Van Dover and Nick Trevett each came in sixth.
