Step back in time 100 years to the Roaring 20s at the 2021 MHS Prom on Saturday, April 24. It’ll be the bee’s knees and the cat’s pajama’s, too, when 57 couples step out in their formal attire.
The Grand March starts at 6 p.m. in the Milbank Armory with Jackson and Caitlyn Graf announcing the couples. The banquet follows at the American Lutheran Church. The dance starts at 9 p.m. until midnight with music provided by Nite Life Entertainment DJ Services. Post-prom follows the dance and features inflatables, a hypnotist, other activities, prizes, and food.
Junior Maiah Brown, chairperson of the 2021 Prom, and Hailey Hupke, Alexis Ninneman, Emily VanHoorn, and Chloe Vaagen, who serve on the prom committee. Melissa Gall and Nancy Quade are the advisers.
Attendance: Each participant in the Grand March received six vouchers to distribute. High school students do not need a voucher. Parents, grandparents, family, and friends must pay $3 and present a voucher. Activity tickets will be accepted.
