In a new policy, MHS will require all students who plan to participate in high school athletics during the 2021-2022 school year to undergo a physical examination by a medical professional.

“After conversations with medical professionals, the school decided that our athletes are better served with annual physicals,” stated MHS Activities Director Ryan Scoular. “So, starting next year, students who plan to
participate in a school activity are required to have an annual physical completed by a medical professional.”

Forms are available from the high school office or at the clinic. Forms were also emailed to families. The examinations  can be completed anytime after May 1 to be valid for the 2021-2022 school year. Students will not be allowed to participate until the school has verification of the physical examination on file.
