Mischel Takes Fourth at Poet Invitational

Lady Bulldog Marion Mischel captured fourth place at the Poet Invitational girls golf meet at Whetstone Creek Golf Course on Thursday, May 13. Mischel finished the 18-hole round with an 89. She fired in a 42 on the front nine and a 47 on the back nine.

Milbank landed in third place in the team standings with a 418 and chopped over 80 strokes from their previous team scores. Sisseton won the meet with a total of 373. Sioux Valley came in second with a 376, and Aberdeen Roncalli took fourth with a 434. Groton Area did not field a complete team.

Junior Ella Kasuske was the second Bulldog finisher with a final round of 103 (44-59). Shaylee Schuchard shot a 111 (51-60) and Camila Monroy was close behind with a 115 (53-62). Jaclyn Wiik shot a 123 (54-69).
