Calling all individuals, families, and groups! The Milbank Area Chamber needs volunteers for the Farley Fest Country Concert. The concert features headliner Casey Donahew and the opening act of Allie Colleen on Saturday, July 31. Laurie Folk, director of the Milbank Area Chamber, says 12 to 15 people are needed to act as backstage hands, take tickets, sell beer tickets, and work in the beer garden.
