What time is it? It’s time to put away the lawn mower, get up off the couch, and head to Farley Fest on Saturday, July 31.
Laurie Folk, director of the Milbank Area Chamber that sponsors Farley Fest, says, “Don’t forget, you can catch the shuttle to the park from the parking lot courtesy of the Two-Cylinder Club. Stick around for the concert at 8 and treat yourself to a night of country music with extra flare and spectacular special effects.” 

Farley Fest Schedule of Events for Saturday, July 31 7:00 a.m.– Get moving with the Avera Race for Hope. Registration opens at a.m. and the starting gun sounds at 8 a.m. at the Avera Hospital campus. 9:30 a.m. – Line up for the Farley Fest Parade behind the Grant County Courthouse. Still time to enter your vehicle! No registration required. 10 a.m. – Cheer on the Farley Fest Parade. The parade starts at the Grant County Courthouse and travels north down Main Street to Bat Mobile Wireless.  10 a.m. – All 65+ food and merchant vendors open. Merchant vendors remain open until 4 p.m. and food vendors stay open during the Country Concert until 11 p.m. Feast on Burgers, BBQ, Kettle Corn, Ice Cream, Cotton Candy, and more. 10:30 a.m. – Monster Truck Rides open.  Get your thrill until 4 p.m. for just $10 11 a.m. –  Cool Dog Show #1  – Free admission 1 p.m. – Beer Garden Opens.  The Beer Garden stays open during the Country Concert until 11 p.m.  Cool Dog Show #2  – Free Admission 3 p.m. – Cool Dog Show #3 7 p.m. – Gates open for the Farley Fest Country Concert  – Tickets available online for $25 at http://www.farleyfest.com/  Or $35 at the door.  A tent will be available during the show to take a break. 8 p.m. –  Allie Colleen — daughter of Garth Brooks — opens the show. 9 p.m. –Casey Donahew  —  the Texas sensation with several No. 1 hits — headlines the concert and keeps you moving till…
