Milbank Elementary School is conducting an open house for all students and parents on August 11 from 4 – 6 pm. See the classrooms and visit with the staff.
Milbank Middle School’s orientation for all students in sixth grade and any middle school students new to the district and their parents is set for August 11 at 5:30 p.m. in the high school theater.
Milbank Middle School is also hosting an open house for all students in sixth, seventh, and eighth grades on August 11 from 6 – 7 p.m.
Orientation meetings are designed to provide information about school programs and procedures before school begins. Every parent and student should plan to attend.
All Seasons Sports Meetings A sports meeting will be held on August 11 at 7 p.m. in the theater. The meeting is for all athletes and parents in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in any athletic activity. Students who plan to participate in activities that are not scheduled to begin in the fall are still required to attend the meeting. Student activity policies and sport-specific team meetings will be held. Band Students Sarlettes Music will be in the band hallway on August 11 from 5:30 – 7 pm. MHS Band students are also reminded the first band rehearsal is August 11 from 8 – 8:30 p.m.
