The Milbank Area Retired Teachers and Personnel Association (MARTA) will tour Milbank’s new elementary school during their meeting on Thursday, August 19, at 11 a.m. Principal Dave Graf will speak to the group prior to the tour. Following the tour, MARTA members will meet for lunch at Habanero’s Restaurant.
