The Milbank Area Retired Teachers/Personnel Association (MARTA) will meet on Thursday, September 16. The meeting starts at 11 a.m. at Pizza Ranch in Milbank.
MARTA members are asked to bring one (or more) favorite or famous recipes to share. The recipes will be compiled into an informal recipe booklet for distribution in October. A short business meeting will also be conducted.
