Carlene Wittnebel of Milbank won $250 in Ol’ Mill Bucks by shopping in Milbank during the Let’s Keep The Cheer Here promotion sponsored by The Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce. Laurie Folk Chamber Director announced the lucky winner on Wednesday, December 1. Wittnebel made a purchase at Valley Queen then turned her receipt into the chamber for a chance to be part of the November month-long shop Milbank event.
