Did you see all the great floats at Milbank’s 2021 Parade of Lights? Was there one that especially caught your eye? Don’t forget to vote for your favorite. The winning entry will be awarded $200 in Ol’ Mill Bucks donated by Whetstone Valley Electric Cooperative.The Parade of Lights was sponsored by the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce. Chamber director, Laurie Folk, says, “There’s still time to choose your favorite from all the great parade entries.
