The Lady Bulldogs took a loss on the road on Friday, January 7, against Clark-Willow Lake. The final score was 41-54.
Maurina Street continued her hot streak and racked up 20 points to claim the title of leading scorer in the game. She outscored Alicia Vig of Clark-Willow Lake, who netted 19.

Milbank’s Isabella Anderson was close behind with 14 points.  Anderson also performed perfectly from the charity stripe. She dropped in seven of seven. Josie Riveland added three points.

Tatum Berry led the Lady Bulldogs with four of the team’s 12 rebounds. The Cyclones grabbed 21. Both teams were charged with 13 fouls.
Milbank committed six turnovers to Clark-Willow Lake’s 10, but reversed the numbers for steals.

Brian Pauli, head coach for the Lady Bulldogs said, “After four days of good practice, I was disappointed in how we played. We weren’t sharp on offense and on defense we made the same mistakes we have been working on. Until they get it fixed, wins will be hard to come by.”
