Taryn Dusky Selected as January Student of the Month

Taryn Dusky was chosen as the January Student of the Month at Milbank High School. Taryn is a senior at MHS and the daughter of William and Ricci Dusky.

Taryn is active in band, choir, color guard, and has performed in the one-act play. She has also been a member of the volleyball team and served as a statistician for basketball. She was selected as the second runner-up in the 2021 The Valley Express Snow Queen Festival.

Outside of school, Taryn can often be found working at The Millstone Family Restaurant, where she has been employed since she was an eighth-grader. 

Taryn says her favorite class is art and adds, “It has been my passion since I was young.” After high school graduation, she plans to attend Portland State University in Portland, Oregon, to further her artistic abilities and build an art career.
