Slip across the border for some great Mexican food.  You don’t need to go far, but you’ll want to take your Passport. Guadalupe’s in the Milbank Mall warmly welcomes you during the Love Local Passport event on now until March 31.

Guadalupe’s offers you made-from-scratch tortillas, guacamole, and salsa.  So, come early for breakfast and come back for lunch. Start your day with chilaquiles, huevos rellenos, or steak and eggs. In a hurry? Grab a fresh, delicious pastry to go.

Get your camera ready for a lunch fiesta of green and red enchiladas, tacos, burritos, shrimp quesadillas, or carne asada.  For the less adventurous traveler, juicy burgers and quesadillas are also on the menu.  Guadalupe’s is open Monday through Thursday from 9-4, Friday 9-6, and Saturday 9-2 in the Milbank Mall.

Need a vacation from cooking dinner?  Starting next week, stop at Guadalupe’s food truck from 4-8 p.m. at the School House Suites.
