The new sign is up on Main Street in Milbank. Great Western Bank has converted to First Interstate Bank. If you are a Great Western Bank customer, you officially became a First Interstate Bank customer today. According to Kevin Riley, President and CEO of First Interstate Bank, headquartered in Billings, Montana, “No action is required on your part at this time.”

Riley also says. “After we successfully convert Great Western to First Interstate, our combined company will offer more than 300 branch locations across 14 states stretching from the Pacific Ocean to the Mississippi River. What’s more, the company culture and core values of our individual institutions overlap in such a remarkable way that converting Great Western clients to First Interstate should feel seamless.”
Riley advised customers to be on the lookout for the First Interstate logo in their mail and emails in the coming weeks.  Questions? Call or stop at the bank at 302 S. Main in Milbank.
