Milbank Swimmers Earn Third at Seasonal Championships

The Milbank-Watertown Area Swim Club received third place at the Seasonal Championships held in Webster from July 29-31. Seasonal championships are open only to swimmers participating in the summer session.

Milbank High Point Individuals included: 

Jackson Hendricks  – First place – Men – Age 5-6 

Mason Pauli – Third place and Crosby Bass –  Fourth place – Men – Age 7-8

Sophia Bass – First place and Jenna Pederson – Third place – Women – Age 7-8

Ella Pederson – Fifth place – Women –  Age 13-14 

Thomas Bass – Third place – Men – Age 13-14 

Laura Johnson – Fifth place – Women –  Age 17-19

Crosby Bass — Male 8 & Under — First place in the 100-meter backstroke; second place in the 50-meter backstroke; third place in the 100-meter freestyle relay; and fifth place in the 50-meter freestyle,100-meter freestyle, and 200-meter medley relay. 

Sophia Bass — Female 9-10, First place in the 200-meter freestyle, 50-meter freestyle, 100-meter freestyle, and 200-meter freestyle relay; second place in 50-meter backstroke; fourth place in 200-meter medley relay and 50-meter breaststroke, 200-meter IM, and 100-meter backstroke. 

Thomas Bass — Male 13-14– First place in the 500-meter freestyle; second place in the 100-meter backstroke, 200-meter medley relay, 200-meter freestyle, and 200-meter IM; third place in the 100-meter breaststroke, 200-meter freestyle relay, and 100-meter freestyle; fifth place in the 50-meter freestyle. 

Pierce Gapp –Male 9-10 — Third place in the 200-meter freestyle relay; fourth place  in the 50-meter backstroke and 100-meter backstroke; sixth in the 50-meter freestyle, 100-meter freestyle, and 20-meter medley relay. 

Bailee Hendricks – Female 11-12 –First place in the 200-meter freestyle relay; second place in the 200-meter medley relay; third place in the 100-meter freestyle, 100-meter backstroke, and 200-meter IM; fourth place in the 50-meter freestyle and 200-meter freestyle; fifth place in the 50-meter butterfly; and seventh place in the 50-meter breaststroke. 

Brooke Hendricks – Female 11-12 – First place in the 200-meter freestyle relay; second place in the 200-meter medley relay and 100-meter backstroke; fifth place in the 200-meter freestyle; sixth place in the 200-meter IM; seventh place in the 50-meter freestyle; eighth place in the 50-meter breaststroke and 100-meter breaststroke; and ninth place in the 50-meter butterfly. 

Jackson Hendricks – Male 5-6 – First place in the 100-meter backstroke, 50-meter freestyle, 50-meter backstroke; and third place in the 100-meter freestyle relay and 100-meter freestyle. 

Laura Johnson –  Female 17-18 – First place in the 200-meter freestyle relay; second place in the 200-meter medley relay, 200-meter IM, and 500-meter freestyle; third place in the 200-meter freestyle and 100-meter backstroke; fourth place in the 100-meter breaststroke, 50-meter freestyle, and 200-meter breaststroke. 

Charlie Laskowske – Female 9-10 – Fourth place in the 200-meter freestyle relay; 15th place in the 100-meter backstroke; and 17th place in the 50-meter freestyle, 50-meter backstroke, and 100-meter freestyle. 

Preston Laskowske – Male 13-14 – Second place in the 200-meter medley relay; third place in the  200-meter freestyle relay; fourth place in the  200-meter backstroke; fifth place in the 200-meter freestyle; sixth place in the 100-meter backstroke; and seventh place in the 100-meter freestyle and 50-meter freestyle. 

Hannah Pauli – Female 9-10 – First place in the 200-meter freestyle relay; second place in the 50-meter butterfly; third place in the 200-meter freestyle; fourth place in the 50-meter freestyle, 200-meter medley relay, 100-meter freestyle; eighth place in the 50-meter backstroke; 10th place in the 50-meter breaststroke, and 100-meter backstroke.

Mason Pauli – Male 7-8 – Third place in the 200-meter freestyle, 100-meter backstroke, 100-meter freestyle, and 100-meter freestyle relay; and fourth place in the 50-meter freestyle and 50-meter backstroke. 

Ella Pederson – Female 13-14 – First place in the 500-meter freestyle; third place in the 200-meter freestyle; fourth place in the 200-meter medley relay; fifth place in the 200-meter IM and 100-meter freestyle; sixth place in the 50-meter freestyle and 100-meter backstroke; and seventh place in the 50-meter breaststroke.

Tate Pew – Male 13-14 – Second place in the 200-meter backstroke, 200-meter medley relay, and 500-meter freestyle; third place in the 200-meter freestyle and 200-meter freestyle relay; fourth place in the 50-meter freestyle; and fifth place in the 100-meter backstroke and 100-meter freestyle. 

Stella Pulling – Female 9-10 – First place in the 200-meter freestyle relay; fifth place in the 200-meter freestyle; eighth place in the 100-meter backstroke and 100-meter freestyle; 10th place in the  50-meter freestyle; 11th place in the 50-meter breaststroke; and 12th place in the 50-meter backstroke.
