The Milbank Area Retired Teachers and Personnel Association (MARTA) will meet at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 18, in the meeting room of Pizza Ranch. Dan Keyes of Unity Health and Fitness, who also serves as the manager of the city’s parks and recreation department, will present updates on projects in Milbank parks. A short business meeting will follow.
