The Milbank Area Retired Teachers-Personnel Association (MARTA) will host its regular meeting on Thursday, September 15. The meeting begins at 11 a.m. in the meeting room of Pizza Ranch in Milbank.
Rhonda Preller will relate some of the things she experienced during the 25 years she was living and teaching on the border of Texas and Mexico. Preller gave the presentation earlier this year at the annual convention of the South Dakota Retired School Personnel (SDRSP). Chips and salsa will be served.
New members and anyone interested in hearing about Preller’s experiences are welcome to attend.
