Tackling all those fall chores before it gets too cold? Cleaning up your yard, garden, and garage and now you need a place to dispose of it all? The Milbank rubble site will be open for extended hours this Saturday, October 29. This Saturday only the rubble site will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Acceptable Residential Waste: trees, yard and garden waste, residential construction/demolition debris, carpet, chairs, couches, mattresses, linoleum, glass, and ash.
Unacceptable Waste: hazardous materials, herbicide and pesticide containers, asbestos, household garbage, liquid waste, treated wood, cardboard, plastic, styrofoam, tires, and batteries.
Directions to Rubble Site: • Hwy 12 • Turn west onto Milbank Ave. • Turn north onto Lloyd St. • Turn right onto Bell Ave. • Continue on Bell Ave. (479th Ave) around St. Lawrence Cemetery. The rubble site will be on your right. Watch for the sign.
