Pamela Haubris

Pamela Haubris, age 69, of Wilmot, SD, passed away on October 26, 2022, at her residence.

A private family graveside service will be held at Wilmot Cemetery.

Pamela Dee (Webster) Haubris was born on June 1, 1953. She was the daughter of Gordon Joseph Webster and Mavis Geneva (Hicks) Webster. Pam grew up in Wilmot and graduated from Wilmot High School. She was united in marriage with Patrick Andrew Haubris on April 18, 1975, in Wilmot. Together they lived in Bloomington, MN, where their son, Keith was bornin August of 1978.

In 1980, the family moved to Rapid City, SD. They moved to Wilmot in 1987. Patrick passed away on August 13, 2009. Pam worked for Browns Valley Health Center until her retirement. She later worked part-time at Wilmot Care Center.

Pam enjoyed sewing in her spare time. She loved to make doll outfits. She was an avid book reader and read a large majority of the books in the Wilmot Library. She was a talented artist and enjoyed calligraphy. She had a “green thumb” and loved raising both vegetables and flowers in her gardens.

Left to cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Brandi Haubris of Wilmot, SD; four grandsons: Scott, Gavin Kaden, and Kolby Haubris. She was preceded in death by her parents: Gordon and Mavis; and her husband, Pat.
