The Mystery Snowman is an important part of The Milbank Snow Queen Festival and is a prominent person in the Milbank community. Daily clues will be published on The Valley Express to help you unravel the identity.
The first person to correctly guess the Mystery Snowman’s identity wins $150 in Ol Mill Bucks. You may submit one guess per day. The Mystery Snowman will be revealed on Saturday, November 19, during the Snow Queen Festival in the Milbank High School Theater.
