The MHS debate team traveled to Sioux Falls for the Roosevelt Tournament on Saturday, November 12. Max Schuelke was named the champion in the Novice Lincoln-Douglas Debate event.
In Junior Varsity Public Forum, Shane Spiering, and Qualon Grant missed the qualifications level by 2.6 points with their record of 3-2. Rylen Frerichs and Ivy Lewno finished with a 1-4 record. Camila Monroy received the Outstanding Presiding Officer Award in Student Congress.
